It has been an enjoyable and prosperous nine years since our formation in 2008. We have supplied thousands of events with the perfect entertainment from rodeo bulls to jelly wrestling and everything in between.
With the demand for fun from the experts only increasing, and our constant buying of the latest and greatest event equipment, we knew we needed to upgrade our storage and office facilities.
In late 2016 the Fun Leisure team were in full swing to move into a new purpose-built unit which was a huge increase in size. Previously we were used to 4,000 sq ft and we are now in the final stages of moving into 15,000sq ft of wall to wall fun.
With our team always on the road, online and flying abroad to exhibitions sourcing the latest entertainment ideas we were finding packing everything into our previous home very difficult. Whilst we had emotional ties to the former Fun Leisure HQ we knew our growth needed something more suitable, and here we are!
The masses of entertainment and space hasn’t just increased but so has our workforce. With a pretty small office, new faces were needed to keep us on top of all of our bookings and to ensure the equipment is in the best possible condition, ready to go to our wonderful clients. This led to the increase from just two full-time members of staff to six in the space of two months. With a bigger team involved in the entire process, we aim to improve what is already a very good service supplied alongside the UK’s finest corporate entertainment, nightlife and Christmas products.
With plenty of events upcoming for the biggest party season of the year we’re going out of 2017 with a bang, looking forward to an even bigger and better 2018.
